We compete in the western and hunt-seat divisions of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA). We are in Zone 7, Region 2, competing against Louisiana State University, North Central Texas College, Oklahoma State University, Southern Methodist University, Southern Nazarene University, Stephen F. Austin University, Sul Ross State University, Tarleton State University, Texas A & M University, Texas A & M - Corpus Christi, Texas Tech, Trinity University, University of Texas Austin, and West Texas A & M University.

The team was founded in 2003, making its debut on the competition scene in the spring semester of 2004. It includes riders of all levels, from beginners with little or no experience to advanced riders who have been riding and showing for years.
